The Custom Process
 
 
Fantastic! You are ready to go ahead with you order! Here are the steps taken during your process.
 
 
1. Please email us with your order details. Such as which design, change of colourings (if required), the quantities you wish to order and your wedding date.
 
2. We will get back to you ASAP with your official quote. This includes all postage details and our terms & conditions.
 
3. Once you are happy with the quote, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required. We offer different methods of payment.
 
4. When we have received payment, we will order your materials and send through a break down of your order. This will also include sample wording and text ideas. Also a guest list sheet.
 
5. Send through your desired wording and text and we create a proof for you and send via email. Please triple check these. It's a great idea to get friends/family to check for you also.
 
6. Once proofs are approved it's time to print and assemble! Due to the nature of some designs, please give us 4-6 weeks to complete your order. Sit back and relax while Lacey Lou does all the hard work for you. We will send you regular updates of your order.
 
7. We will contact you once your order has been completed, packaged and ready to send via registered post. We will then require the remaining balance to be made before your order is shipped.
 
8. Receive your fully assembled invitations and send via post!
